Adventure Pals LLC ('Adventure Pals', 'we', 'us') is a Florida travel agency that plans and books Disney, Universal, cruise and other vacations. Our travel advisors are independent contractors who book through Adventure Pals.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at adventurepals.info, to quotes and bookings made through us or our advisors, and to our emails, texts and social media pages.

Information you give us when you request a quote or book a trip:

• Names, dates of birth and contact details (email, phone, mailing address) for you and everyone traveling with you.
• Travel preferences, such as dates, destinations, room and dining preferences, celebrations and special requests.
• Passport or other travel document details when a supplier requires them, such as for cruises or international travel.
• Health, mobility, dietary or accessibility needs that you choose to share so a supplier can accommodate you.
• Payment card details needed to pay a supplier. We use these only for the payment you authorize, and we do not keep full card numbers after the payment is processed.
• Loyalty program, Annual Passholder, Disney Vacation Club or similar membership numbers.
• Emergency contact information, if you provide it.

If you give us information about other travelers, including children, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that you will share this Privacy Policy with them.

• Messages, forms, reviews and survey answers you send us.
• Your email address and phone number when you sign up for our newsletter or texts.

• Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 4).

• Booking confirmations, itinerary changes and payment status from travel suppliers.
• Referrals from friends, family or other travel professionals.

How we use it:

• To prepare quotes, make and manage bookings, process payments you authorize, and send itineraries, reminders and travel updates.
• To share special requests and accessibility needs with suppliers so they can accommodate you.
• To answer your questions and resolve problems, complaints and payment disputes.
• To send marketing emails and texts, only as described in section 4.
• To improve our website and services.
• To keep accurate business and tax records, prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Who we share it with:

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above.

• Travel suppliers such as Disney, Universal, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies and travel insurance providers. They need your information to provide the services you book, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
• Our independent travel advisors, who use your information only to plan and service your trip and who must keep it confidential.
• Service providers that support our business, such as booking, email, text messaging, customer management, website hosting, analytics and payment processing tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Government authorities, when required for travel (for example, passenger information required by border or cruise authorities) or when required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety.
• A buyer or successor if Adventure Pals is involved in a merger, sale or transfer of business assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Marketing emails. We send travel offers and news only to people who sign up or who have booked with us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly.

Text messages. We send marketing texts only if you give consent, for example by checking a box or replying YES. Consent is not required to buy anything from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Texts about an existing booking, such as payment reminders or itinerary changes, may still be sent after you opt out of marketing texts. We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics. Our website uses cookies and similar tools to make the site work, understand how visitors use it, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

Our site may include embedded content (such as videos) and links to supplier and social media sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to people who need it, using secure tools, and requiring our advisors and service providers to keep information confidential. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send full card numbers, passport scans or other sensitive details by unencrypted email or text unless we ask for them through a secure method.

If a breach occurs. If we learn of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

How long we keep information. We keep booking records for as long as needed to service your trip, handle claims and disputes, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements, generally 5 years after travel. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When we no longer need information, we delete or destroy it securely.

Children. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them. We collect children's information only from a parent, guardian or other authorized adult, and only as needed to book their travel. If you believe a child has sent us personal information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and control cookies in your browser.

Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@adventurepals.info with your request. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within a reasonable time. We may keep information we are legally required to retain or need for an active booking, a dispute or fraud prevention, and we will tell you if that applies. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

International visitors. Adventure Pals is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and wherever our suppliers operate. Data protection laws there may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in those places as described in this policy.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and we will notify you of material changes by email or a notice on our website.
