- The Adventure Pals Academy is a core benefit of joining our agency and is designed to give new agents clarity, confidence, and a strong foundation from day one. This structured training walks you step by step through how we plan Disney and Universal vacations, support clients, and operate professionally, so you’re never left to figure things out on your own. Inside the Academy, you’ll learn our planning process, client communication standards, and the systems that keep everything organized and stress-free. By the time you finish, you won’t just know what to do, you’ll understand why we do it, giving you the confidence and consistency needed to grow successfully as an Adventure Pal.
Real Experience With Our Core DestinationsWe specialize in Disney and Universal vacations, so firsthand experience matters. Applicants must have traveled to Disney and/or Universal destinations at least two times within the last two years. This ensures you can confidently guide clients using real knowledge, not just research.
- Availability & Commitment to Your Clients
Being an Adventure Pal requires a minimum part-time commitment. Our agents are expected to be available to care for their clients, respond in a timely manner, and participate in required training and team sessions. This role works best for individuals who can consistently show up and stay engaged.
- A Consistent Social Media Presence
We look for agents who are present and active on social media, sharing travel experiences, tips, and helpful content. You don’t need to be an influencer, but you should be comfortable showing up, connecting, and representing your brand in an authentic way.
A Willingness to Learn & Take initiativeThe most successful Adventure Pals are proactive, curious, and open to feedback. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, willing to grow, and motivated to build something meaningful over time.
